Purpose
This page summarizes the general data processing posture for service relationships where Audia Systems LLC, DBA Bailey Enterprises processes data on behalf of a client. A signed agreement, statement of work, or formal DPA may supersede this page.
Roles
Depending on the relationship and jurisdiction, a client may act as controller, business, data exporter, or similar role, while Audia Systems LLC may act as processor, service provider, contractor, or subprocessor. Exact roles should be confirmed in the applicable agreement.
Processing scope
Processing may include hosting, storage, retrieval, analysis, automation, support, security monitoring, backups, debugging, and service operations for websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, prototypes, PWAs, mobile apps, and client systems.
Subprocessors and safeguards
Infrastructure, analytics, email, security, support, and development providers may be used where necessary. Practical safeguards may include access controls, least privilege, encryption where applicable, logs, backups, and separation of client data where appropriate.
Deletion and export
Clients may request deletion, return, or export of data according to the contract, operational feasibility, backup lifecycle, legal retention duties, and security requirements.
Jurisdiction-specific terms
Jurisdiction-specific terms, SCCs, UK IDTA, CCPA/CPRA terms, GDPR Article 28 terms, state privacy addenda, and other region-specific provisions may be included in a signed agreement when applicable to the client relationship, data flow, service scope, and legal role of each party.
