Information we may collect

Depending on the site, application, service, or client relationship, we may collect contact form submissions, account data, project data, uploaded files, technical logs, analytics, cookies or local storage data, email communications, service records, support requests, and security event records.

Some prototypes, research systems, health-adjacent tools, or client workflows may involve research notes, operational records, configuration data, or other sensitive project materials. Do not submit Protected Health Information, medical emergency details, or highly sensitive records through general forms unless a written agreement and appropriate workflow are in place.

Retention, deletion, and requests

Retention depends on the type of data, service relationship, operational need, legal obligation, and backup lifecycle. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, dispute, or continuity reasons.

HIPAA and regulated workflows

Audia Systems LLC does not broadly claim HIPAA compliance for every website, prototype, dashboard, or service. A Business Associate Agreement may be available for eligible HIPAA-regulated clients and workflows before PHI is processed, transmitted, stored, or accessed through Audia Systems LLC services.
