Availability, prototypes, and beta tools

Intellectual property

Site content, service designs, software, AUDIA architecture materials, documentation, and brand assets are owned by Audia Systems LLC, Bailey Enterprises, licensors, or contributors unless otherwise stated. You retain rights in materials you lawfully provide, subject to rights needed to operate the requested service.

Payments and client work

Paid work, subscriptions, deliverables, consulting, implementation, or managed services are governed by the applicable proposal, order, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Payment terms and taxes may vary by engagement.
